I really wanted to like Mosaic Foods, but I ran into the same issue every time I tried to order: there just weren’t enough ways to customize the meals. I’d find something that sounded good, then notice one or two ingredients I don’t like, and there wasn’t an easy way to swap them out or make adjustments. After a while, it felt like half the menu was off-limits for me. For the price, I expected a little more control over what I was getting. It’s more like you pick from what’s available and just deal with it, which probably works for some people, but not so much if you’re a picky eater like me...

The website was frustrating to use. I mean, it looked fine at first, so I thought it would be quick, but finding what I needed was weirdly difficult. Then checkout kept freezing on me, which got annoying fast. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but definitely not a smooth experience.

I tried placing an order, but the whole process felt way more confusing than it needed to be. Checkout was annoying, and after running into issues, I just gave up. I also reached out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. Overall, it wasn’t worth the hassle

My delivery showed up late again... and there weren’t really any useful updates along the way. It’s frustrating when you’re just left waiting with no idea what’s going on.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support thinking it would be straightforward to fix, but it ended up taking way too much back and forth. The replies were polite enough, but they didn’t really answer my questions or move things along in a helpful way.

The refund was the biggest headache. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get a clear update, and even then it wasn’t handled how I expected. I can imagine other customers would feel the same way if they were stuck dealing with this, so I won’t be ordering again.

I was a little let down by the meals. They felt really carb-heavy, and there just wasn’t enough protein to make them feel balanced or satisfying.

I did like a few of the bowls at first, or at least I think it was within the first couple orders, but after a while it started feeling like I was getting déjà vu every time I looked at the menu. A lot of the flavors seemed similar, and if I wasn’t in the mood for something spicy or super veggie-heavy, there just weren’t that many options.
For what it costs, I was expecting the menu to switch up more often. Maybe I stuck with it longer than I realized, or maybe it just got old quickly, but either way I got bored and ended up canceling for now...

I gave Mosaic Foods a few chances because I really wanted to like it, but they just didn’t deliver for me. The meals I got were bland, kind of mushy, and felt like something Mosaic should’ve caught before charging as much as they do.
The delivery showed up fine, so I’ll give them that, but that was really the only positive. At this point, I blame Mosaic for making the food feel so forgettable, and I’d rather grab cheaper frozen meals from the grocery store that actually taste better.

Tried it, but the sodium is way too high for me. Calories aren’t great either.

The box showed up completely crushed, i knew right away it wasn’t going to be good. Sure enough, the meals had leaked everywhere inside. It was just a messy, frustrating delivery experience.

I was let down by the portion sizes. The food tasted fine, but the meals were so small they felt more like a side dish than an actual dinner. I don’t feel like I should have to keep explaining that a meal should be enough to fill you up, especially at this price. I ended up making something else afterward, which kind of defeats the whole point of ordering. I won’t be ordering again unless they start giving real portions.

I tried ordering again recently, and a bunch of the meals I actually wanted were unavailable. Maybe it’s just been bad timing, but it’s happened enough lately that it’s starting to feel frustrating.

I gave Mosaic a try because the meals looked simple and convenient but the subscription ended up being kind of frustrating. Skipping weeks or changing things felt more limited than I expected and I didn’t love feeling stuck on a set schedule. Canceling also wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been. Just not really for me

I kept noticing the same pattern every time I tried to reheat food with this: it took way longer than expected, and somehow parts would still come out cold while other spots were too hot. I wanted it to be quick and easy, but it ended up being annoying pretty much every time

I ordered this expecting eco-friendly packaging, but it showed up with way more plastic than I was expecting. it was disappointing and not what I thought I was paying for. I hope the company can make this right somehow, because this experience doesn’t really match the eco-conscious image they’re promoting...

I was hoping this would make sticking to my low carb diet easier, but it was kind of frustrating. So many of the meals had rice, pasta, or other carb-heavy sides, and it took way too much digging to find options that actually worked for me. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about what was low carb, which made it even harder to trust what I was choosing. Not the best fit if you're trying to keep carbs down.

I tried two bowls hoping the first one was just a fluke, but both turned out really mushy after heating. The veggies had no texture at all and the rice got gummy. I really wanted to like them, but now I’m regretting the purchase and won’t be ordering again

I asked about an allergen before placing my order, but the response I got was vague. I didn’t feel comfortable trusting it, so I ended up canceling. It felt like an avoidable issue if they had clearer info for people with food allergies.

I really wanted to like Mosaic Foods, but the meals I got were fresh in the same way a soggy old sponge is “hydrated.” The veggies tasted tired, watery, and kind of sad, like they’d been lounging around way too long before making it to my bowl.
One of the bowls also had this weird freezer smell and taste that was hard to ignore. I tried to power through it, but nope — that little freezer gremlin ruined the whole thing for me.

For what they charge, I expected way better. Maybe I just got a bad box, but this one really put me off, and I don’t see myself ordering again

We tried a few of the meals, but my kids barely touched them 😕 The flavors seemed a little too “grown up” for them, and the portion sizes felt kind of off for what we needed. I was hoping this would make family dinners easier, but it just wasn’t a good fit in our house...
